Brenda grew up watching Tanzania's landscapes shift with the seasons, from the sweeping plains of the Serengeti to the ancient walls of Ngorongoro Crater. That lifelong intimacy with the land is not something she learned in a classroom. It is something she lived.

With years of hands-on experience guiding travelers through East Africa, Brenda founded Zuri Elite Safaris with a clear purpose: to offer journeys that go beyond the surface. Not just wildlife sightings, but genuine encounters. Not just beautiful lodges, but a real sense of place. Not just a trip, but a connection to Africa that stays with you long after you leave.

When Brenda plans your safari, you are not following an itinerary. You are following the vision of someone who loves this land deeply and has spent years learning exactly how to share it.

Julius brings decades of experience in Tanzania's tourism and safari industry, and a lifelong connection to its landscapes and wildlife. As co-founder of Zuri Elite Safaris, his knowledge of the region runs deep -- from its national parks and conservation areas to the communities that call them home. His vision for what responsible, authentic safari travel should look like is the foundation on which Zuri was built.

David Urasa

Lead Safari Guide

David has spent 28 years guiding travelers through Tanzania's most remarkable landscapes, from the Serengeti's vast plains to the remote corners of Ruaha and the Selous. That depth of experience means he reads the bush the way most people read a familiar street. He knows where the leopards rest, which waterholes draw elephants at dusk, and how to turn a quiet morning into something you will be telling people about for years.
